Description -
We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the development of agentic AI capabilities within our SAP S/4 ecosystem and IBP Planning, focused on strengthening Supply Chain resilience and operational excellence. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, operating at a strategic level while staying close to delivery.
Key strategic Responsibilities
- Strategy & Vision: Develop the AI vision and roadmap for the Order to Cash/Planning, aligning with enterprise and stakeholder goals and Industry . Manage the process of identifying opportunities, threats and limitations of the organization and providing insights into the required work to facilitate implementation.
- Design & Architecture: Create detailed system designs, blueprints, and models for complex supply chain processes, including application considerations (SAP IBP, S/4HANA, MS4, etc.). Research and recommend new technologies (AI, analytics. Etc.) to improve efficiency and innovation and is continuously
- Business Case Development: Guide investment and ensure new work is consistent with the investment strategy of the organization. Improve decision making on what to work on by ensuring all costs to manifest value are understood
- Integration Leadership: Partner with business leaders, enterprise architects, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Design integration strategies, data contracts, and APIs for seamless data flow between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Governance & Standards: Lead design governance, ensuring solutions meet security, reliability, and scalability standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Establishment and maintenance of contacts within business units and information system teams to understand business processes and business drivers, business requirements, solutions strategies, alternatives, etc., being considered and/or implemented. Support the resolution of inter and intra program & project issues.
What you’ll do

Own the product vision and roadmap for agentic AI capabilities in SAP S/4/IBP supporting Supply Chain operations

Apply SAFe Product Management practices: define outcomes, prioritize backlogs, and align stakeholders around value delivery

Drive the automation of human operational tasksat scale through LLM- and agent-based AI solutions

Translate business needs into clear product requirements and features, working closely with stakeholders in Supply Chain and delivery teams IT.

Measure success through business and operational KPIs, continuously improving product outcomes aligned to Industry standards/Best in class.

Leverages advanced consulting skills—including problem‑solving, prioritization, multi‑tasking, negotiation, and influence—to support decision‑making and facilitate group sessions

Deep business acumen in Order to Cash, Planning , and effectively applies policies and procedures to drive business process transformation – and ability to engage with the IT defining the business requirements.
Must-have
- Strong experience with LLMs and agentic AI concepts applied in SAP S/4/IBP environments
- Proven Product Management experience at principal level, ideally in a SAFe setup
- Ability to bridge business, technology, and AI capabilities
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation), leadership, consulting, influence, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrates strong planning and analysis capabilities, including the development of models, graphical representations, and conceptual abstractions
- Brings extensive experience (10+ years) with supply‑chain and enterprise application systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies
- Applies advanced communication skills to engage diverse stakeholder groups and influence organizational change
- Exhibits deep business acumen in Order to Cash, Planning , and effectively applies policies and procedures to drive business process transformation
