Overview:
We are looking for a Risk Management Specialist with over 3 years of experience. This role requires collaboration and communication with cross-functional business teams. You must possess core risk management capabilities, including risk assessment, providing risk solutions, and creating/maintaining risk strategies, models, databases, and monitoring systems.
What you will do:
Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor daily risk control metrics; create, optimize, and manage various risk reports and alerts to timely detect risk trends and anomalies, and adjust risk strategies accordingly.
Strategy & Model Development: Develop and maintain risk strategies and models to resolve actual business risk issues, including but not limited to account security, payment fraud, and combating in-game black markets (gray market activities).
Data Management & Profiling: Manage the risk database; utilize data analysis and data mining to develop and optimize the risk user profiling system for subsequent risk detection and prevention.
Collaboration & Implementation: Communicate and collaborate with internal and external technical teams, business teams, and third-party vendors to drive project implementation and execution.
What you will need:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in risk strategy, risk algorithms, or data analysis.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data tools such as Python, SQL, and Tableau (or other visualization tools). A solid foundation in statistics and algorithmic modeling is required, along with familiarity with big data platforms like Hadoop, Spark, or Flink.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a strong sense of responsibility. Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and communication skills are essential.
