What you’ll achieve
Oversee the translation of global Digital Demand Gen and campaign strategies into actionable regional plans. Compile and own brief to ensure that global digital demand-gen strategy is effectively communicated and translated. Ensure that regional digital-demand generation efforts are aligned with global brand positioning and goals.

Partner with regional media buyers, creative, and analytics teams to drive campaign execution and optimization.
Serve as the main conduit between regional teams and leadership, ensuring alignment, communication, and consistency.
Manages relationships with key internal stakeholders (e.g. BU, field, etc.)Measure and improve regional campaign performance against global digital demand generation KPIs.
You will:

Strategic Alignment & Planning: Localize global strategies into region-specific plans that reflect market nuances, audience insights, and business objectives. Collaborate to provide feedback and insights from regional markets and participate in global planning cycles to represent regional needs and opportunities.

Campaign Development & Optimization: Oversee the development, launch, and optimization of regional digital demand generation campaigns across publishers. Partner with media buyers to ensure campaigns are data-driven, cost-effective, and aligned with KPIs. Analyze campaign results and translate insights into actionable improvements for both regional and global teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central liaison between global strategy, regional execution, and work closely with creative, product marketing, and operations teams to ensure message consistency and local relevance. Align closely with global marketing operations to standardize reporting, measurement, and performance frameworks.

Leadership & Enablement: Mentor and guide regional media buyers and orchestrators teams to strengthen activation capabilities and foster collaboration across regions to share best practices and learnings. Ensure regional teams are equipped with the latest activation playbooks, assets, and tools from global teams.

Governance & Performance Management: Maintain adherence to global activation frameworks, messaging, and brand standards. Track and report on key performance indicators, providing regional insights to global leadership. Identify gaps or inefficiencies in regional execution and demand signal improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, including digital demand generation, vehicle strategy, or performance marketing.

Proven success in managing multi-market campaigns and aligning regional execution to global strategies.

Strong understanding of digital demand generation tactics, including paid media, content marketing, and marketing automation.

Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of influencing across multiple organizational levels.
