As internal Quality Auditor at Honeywell Aerospace in Raunheim you will help to shape and maintain our organization's commitment to exceptional quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field or equivalent experience (Techniker Ausbildung)

• Multiple years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, and/or auditing

• Education as Auditor desirable

• Good understanding of Quality Management Systems (EN9100, EASA-145)

• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools for auditing

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive change

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results

• Team player with good interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload to meet project timelines in a fast-paced environment

• Full business proficiency in German and English language

• Develop and execute an internal audit plan and lead and manage internal audits, including scoping, planning.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure timely completion of audit projects Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations.

• Develop and improve audit checklists and audit reports.

• Execute product and process audits to check the conformity of the work steps according to the technical product and process requirements, to verify compliance of operational processes with aviation regulations, industry standards, corporate guidelines, or operational procedures, either internally or externally.

• Coach and train auditee to understand the requirements.

• Documentation of audit results in audit reports, definition of deviations, and discussion of the results with the relevant departments or suppliers.

• Documentation of deviations, monitoring deadlines, and tracking corrective and preventive actions.

• Support of the departments in the definition, initiation, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
