As a Sales Manager, you will be accountable for guiding and managing a sales team, driving sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

This business leadership role will be responsible for a complete Sales performance while leading a reporting sales team & sales support team and working closely with cross functional team of marketing, customer service, technical support/ product support, finance, human resources and integrated supply chain for Building Automation. The goal of the position is to drive profitable above-market growth by implementing strategic & tactical business initiatives and manage an outcome-based solution approach in the country.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree / equivalent, with significant experience in the field,
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in automation and / or HVAC solutions and market.
  • Minimum of 2 years leading sales teams
  • Possess strong Office Automation Product knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • English Advanced
  • Experience with the management of CRM NEX, Salesforce or similar.

  • At least 5 years of experience with direct accountability to driving revenue and profitability; to expand presence across a high growth market faster than the industry and ensured a high share of demand.
  • Managing a high performing sales team with proven track record of high growth and margin expansion.
  • Proven experience in driving different sales models, such as channels, distributors, system integrators, dealers, offering managers and key account managers.
  • Proven experience managing a complete fully engaged business model with a variety of products sales ranging from long cycle to short sales cycle.
  • Manage teams across a geographical and/or customer segment
  • Accountability and hands on for some critical key accounts or channels.
  • Support the sales organization by developing and providing processes, methodologies and tools. (Customer Service, Technical Service, Supply chain and logistics experience; with ability to cohesively work together with an integrative approach to meet goals).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop a short- and long-term strategic business plan; demonstrated capability to execute in line with plan, influence or directly manage resources and investment across multiple functions.
