At Honeywell Aerospace, the Senior Talent Specialist plays a key role in attracting and developing top talent through strategic recruiting programs and university partnerships.

This role focuses on program management, recruitment strategy, stakeholder relationship management, and data-driven decision making to build strong talent pipelines and support business growth.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and external stakeholders to execute innovative talent acquisition initiatives, including campus recruiting programs and recruiting events that strengthen Honeywell’s employer brand.

Travel: Up to 20% for university events, career fairs, and recruiting initiatives.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment program management.
  • Experience with university relations or campus recruiting programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and reporting to drive recruitment strategy.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
