**As an Lead Systems Engineer **within the Communications, Navigation, and Surveillance (CN&S) group, you will play an integral role in the design, development, and implementation of advanced Avionics solutions, notably (EGPWS) Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning Systems. In this role, you will impact the development and advancement of avionics technology, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of aircraft systems. You will be responsible for developing and implementing EGPWS and related Terrain Awareness Avionics solutions (SURF-A, ROAAS), collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet product requirements, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the aerospace engineering, sciences or mathematics
• Commercial Aircraft Systems and certification experience, TSO, STC, Type Cert, etc
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Systems Engineering projects in avionics and aerospace
• Proficiency in requirements management and low-level embedded software projects
• Leading projects and teams

• Commercial Aircraft Systems and certification experience
