As a Senior Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will drive revenue growth, develop sales strategies, build customer relationships, and provide strategic insights to senior management. You will report directly to our Senior Sales Director, and you’ll work remotely out of the south territory (TX, AR, OK, LA, MS, AL,TN).
In this role, you will impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market leadership. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly influence Honeywell's position in the industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage customer relationships, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, etc.
-
You will provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations, seminars and workshops.
-
You will manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system.

Travel up to 70%
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. We are not currently sponsoring applicants for work visas for this job.
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $95,000 - $120,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $100,000 - $125,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This role is incentive plan eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE
- 5 or more years of experience in technical sales on business aviation experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
