7-12 Years Experience

Must‑Have Technical Skills :

Expert in Embedded C and C++
Strong experience with Embedded Linux or RTOS such as Vx Works, QNX, Integrity, etc. (any one or more)
Experience with BSP, device driver, and low‑level hardware/software interface development
Hands‑on experience with multithreading, IPC mechanisms, sockets, and multicore systems
Good knowledge of industrial protocols such as MODBUS, OPC UA, HART, Ether Net/IP (CIP), DNP3, PROFINET, PROFIBUS (any one or more)
Hands‑on experience with embedded communication interfaces such as I2C, SPI, USB, PCI (any two or more)
Strong debugging skills using JTAG, trace tools, and logic analyzers

Good to Have :

Functional Safety experience:

Embedded cybersecurity knowledge and secure firmware design practices
Experience with industrial controller runtime execution, such as IEC 61131‑3, Function Blocks (FB), Ladder Logic, or Structured Text, including
Experience working in industrial, safety‑critical, or regulated domains
