Senior Administrative Assistant (Executive Support)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
At Honeywell Aerospace, we are seeking a highly polished, proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to serve as a trusted executive partner to our Controllership Executives.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role — not just administrative support, but true executive partnership. You will operate at the center of business priorities, enabling strategic focus by anticipating needs, protecting executive time, and ensuring seamless execution across functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide high-level, executive-focused administrative support while exercising discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment at all times

Act as a strategic administrative partner to the VP, proactively anticipating needs and resolving issues before they escalate

Own and optimize executive calendars by prioritizing requests, resolving conflicts, and aligning schedules with business priorities

Coordinate complex meetings across multiple leaders, functions, time zones, and stakeholders

Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, and expense coordination with strong attention to detail

Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive and organization professionally

Facilitate cross-functional communication, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment on action items

Manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and high performance

Support special projects, leadership initiatives, and ad hoc requests as needed
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3 or more years of proven experience providing executive-level administrative support, preferably to senior leaders.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority demands simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and handle confidential information appropriately.
- Strong organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
