WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- Contribute to the CR-V-4 team by building and executing a strategy to achieve joint objectives including, contribution, contribution per unit, order intake, retail and used car volume.
- Setting and negotiating subsequent dealer targets and managing achievement for new vehicles and Provenance (certified used cars).
- Assist in the Stock management and optimal handling of dealer stock.
- Direct and execute dealer network strategy to provide the appropriate retail network with the right partners, in appropriate locations with the correct level of investment, premises, CI standards and resources to deliver future growth.
- Direct and control sales initiatives and bonus programs to achieve sales targets, maximize profit and mitigate or eliminate risks.
- Develop and improve the option and bespoke take rates within western region dealers
- Support the execution of regional/local marketing and events strategy to develop awareness and acceptance of the RRMC brand, promote RRMC products and generate customer prospects and customers in combination with the Western Region Dealer Marketing Manager
- Liaise with FS to ensure optimal performance and business success.
- Communicate with senior Directors to explain market conditions or host and support market visits
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business or communications or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales, sales planning or analysis roles.
- Keen knowledge of automotive sales, operations & processes, and competitive environment.
- Excellent analytic and presentation skills (advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint experience).
- Ability to travel more than 50% of the time.
- Occasional weekend event support and ability to travel internationally as needed.

Relocation is available for this position.
The expected salary range for this position is $108,800.00 - $201,300.00.
The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
