As a Sr Benefits Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in managing and analyzing our employee benefits programs. You will be responsible for ensuring that our benefits offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with our overall business objectives. Your expertise will help us attract and retain top talent by providing comprehensive and attractive benefits packages.

You will report directly to our VP, Global Benefits and you’ll work out of our **Phoenix, AZ (Sky Harbor)**location.

In this role, you will impact the overall employee experience by ensuring that our benefits programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with Honeywell's strategic goals. Your expertise will help attract and retain top talent while fostering a culture of well-being and engagement.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, regulations, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in benefits administration systems and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in managing employee benefits programs in a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of current trends in employee benefits and wellness programs.
