Position Summary

We are looking for a Nordic Head of Talent and Learning to drive our performance culture and build our organizational capabilities. In this pivotal role, you will design and execute an integrated talent and leadership strategy across the Nordic region, partnering with senior stakeholders to bridge the gap between business goals and people development.

In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of an integrated talent and leadership strategy across Nordics partnering closely with senior leaders and People team.

Role and Responsibilities:

Scope and key deliverables

​Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a talent development strategy aligned with long-term workforce planning and business priorities.

​Talent Acquisition: Provide strategic direction for the TA team, ensuring a sustainable, high-quality candidate experience and a robust pipeline of future talent.

​Capability Building: Design and scale frameworks for leadership and upskilling, creating measurable development journeys that reinforce operational excellence.

​Modern Learning Ecosystem: Embed a continuous learning culture into daily operations by managing strategic partners, digital platforms, and innovative methodologies.

​Strategic Advisory: Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on organizational effectiveness, culture, and change enablement across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.

Skills and Qualifications

For you to be successful in this role as Nordic Head of Talent and Learning at Samsung Nordics, we believe you:

  • Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled at creating structured processes and driving organizational change
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on execution
  • High sense of urgency and proactive approach to moving initiatives forward
  • Comfortable working with both strategic planning and hands-on operational work
  • Experience leading teams and managing people with strong interpersonal skills
  • Extensive experience (min 7+ years) in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Org. Development ideally in a large, international environment
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills with professional fluency in both Swedish and English
  • University degree in relevant field
