岗位概述/Job Summary：

Assist the Quality Department in maintaining the quality and safety management system of the aviation repair facility, participate in document management, record archiving, training tracking, and learn civil aviation maintenance regulations and quality management processes.

协助质量部维护航空维修工厂质量安全管理体系，参与质量文件管理、维修记录归档、培训计划跟踪等工作，学习民航维修质量安全管理流程与法规要求，积累航空行业实战经验。

学历要求：Education:Current undergraduate or postgraduate students; Quality Management, Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering preferred.本科及以上在读，质量管理工程、机械工程、航空工程、工业工程等相关工科专业优先。 技能要求：Attributes/Skills Required:1. Good English reading & writing (CET-4+); Basic English listening and speaking.英语读写良好（CET-4及以上），基础听说能力2. Proficient in MS Office.熟练使用Office办公软件。3. Basic knowledge of ISO9001 & AS9100. familiar with civil aviation airworthiness regulations preferred.了解ISO9001、AS9100质量管理体系基础；熟悉民航维修适航法规与行业标准优先。4. Relevant internship experience is a plus.有航空/质量相关实习经历优先5. Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills; Good teamwork and communication with co-workers善于交流沟通，有团队协作精神。证书能力要求：CERTIFICATES REQUIRED:Civil Aviation Maintenance License is a plus具备民航维修人员执照优先
基本职责/任务：RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:1. Assist in maintaining the QMS & SMS, track the implementation of quality activities.协助维护与运行质量安全管理体系，跟踪质量活动执行与记录。2. Assist in collecting, filing and distributing airworthiness regulations, standards and technical documents. 协助整理、保存、发放适航规章、质量标准与技术文件。3. Assist in managing maintenance records and archives to ensure safety, traceability and integrity.协助管理维修记录档案，确保安全保存、可追溯、防损毁与篡改。4. Assist in drafting training programs and procedures, track training implementation.协助编制、修订培训大纲、程序文件，跟踪培训计划执行。5. Assist in quality data statistics, analysis and improvement.协助质量数据统计、分析与问题改进。6. Assist Tooling or Equipment Calibration.协助工具和设备的计量。7. Adhere to Honeywell Code of Conduct and Heath Safety & Environmental regulations in every activity while present in the plant.在工厂内所有的行为活动都要遵守Honeywell 工作行为准则以及HSE 发布的条例。8. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors related to the quality system.完成上级安排的其他质量体系相关工作。
