Job Description

• Support Quality team in Quality Assurance & Quality improvement programs/activities in manufacturing environment

• Get a chance to lead / co-lead process/quality improvement projects for operational excellence- Learn industry quality tools, eg. problem solving methods, FMEA, SPC, 6-Sigma,

• Learn on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving tools, conduct RCA and Quality Audits

• Be exposed learn and execute Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma tools and make positive impact to the business

• Learn and perform data collection and apply data-driven analytical approach to problem solving

• Initiate Kaizen ideas & work with a team to implement the ideas

• Be exposed to power generation services, manufacturing & related industry

• Be exposed to quality tools eg calibration programs, audit programs, manufacturing process controls, inspection technologies.
