As a Director, IT Supply Chain here at Honeywell, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of IT initiatives that support our supply chain and aerospace operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our technological infrastructure aligns with our business objectives, driving efficiency and innovation across our global supply chain and aerospace sectors.

You will report directly to our Chief Information Officer and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule..

In this role, you will impact the overall effectiveness of our IT systems, enhancing the operational capabilities of our supply chain and aerospace divisions, and ensuring that we remain at the forefront of technological advancement in the industry.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 8 years of experience in IT management, particularly within the aerospace or supply chain sectors.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and the role of technology in enhancing operational efficiency.
• Hands on experience developing IT solutions and ability to manage a team of software engineers and system analysts.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, MES, EDW, Automation, and supply chain management software.
• Experience with data analytics tools, AI and methodologies to drive decision-making.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading IT projects in supply chain and aerospace environments.
• Ability to drive innovation and implement best practices in IT operations.
