As a Sr. Director HTCS RDE Transformation here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading strategy and execution of the transformation initiatives within the Honeywell Technology and Connected Solutions (HTCS) organization. You will be responsible for providing strategic direction, technical leadership, and operational oversight to drive innovation and enhance the effectiveness of our RDE processes.
You will report directly to our VP Technology Transformation and you’ll work out of our Bangalore, India location.
In this role, you will impact the organization by driving transformation strategies that enhance operational efficiency, foster innovation, and align engineering capabilities with business objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that our RDE initiatives are successful and that they contribute to Honeywell's overall growth and competitiveness in the market.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles with a focus on transformation initiatives.
- Strong technical expertise in RDE processes and methodologies.
- Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery in a transformation environment.
- Experience with tools and technologies relevant to engineering transformation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for RDE transformation initiatives, focusing on Operational Excellence.
- Oversee New Product Development Compliance and Audit processes to ensure adherence to standards.
- Drive Margin Expansion initiatives through effective resource allocation and process improvements.
- Implement Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies to enhance product quality and reliability.
- Institutionalize and sustain CMMI practices, Agile methodologies, and Honeywell Operating System (HOS) principles across global HTCS sites.
- Drive HTCS Management Operating System (MOS) maturity and functional transformation across locations, working with site champions and engineering leaders.
- Promote Automation and Productivity enhancements across RDE processes.
