As a Sr. Advanced Electrical Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in leading the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components. You will provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects.

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Puerto Rico location on a Hybrid work schedule.

  • Lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components.

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical engineering projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in electrical design software and tools such as MATLAB and AutoCAD.

Mechanical Systems & Components provides a wide range of mechanical products and value-adding services to Honeywell Aerospace customers, including aircraft manufacturers and operators, and agencies of the U.S. government. The business develops and manufactures air and thermal systems, mechanical components, and wheels and braking systems. It also manages and operates facilities for the Federal government.
