As a Senior Export Compliance Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company operates within the boundaries of export laws and regulations while maintaining a strong culture of compliance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing export compliance policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure that our business units comply with all applicable export laws, regulations, and international trade controls.
You will report directly to our General Counsel, Export Compliance EMEA and you’ll work out of our Prague location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will lead a team of export compliance professionals, guiding them in their efforts to ensure compliance across the organization. Your expertise and knowledge will be crucial in minimizing risk and cost to the corporation while maintaining alignment with export law and regulations.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days work from home model.
Honeywell Aerospace products and services are used on virtually every commercial, defense, and space aircraft. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in export compliance.

Bachelor’s Degree (or 3 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree).

Strong knowledge of export laws and regulations.

Fluent English (B2 / C1 / C2 level).

Experience managing and leading a team.
