As an **Technical Solutions Consultant **here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for regional opportunity pipeline development and management, tracking key business metrics, and quarterly business update/review.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development in Southeast Asia region by positioning incremental and recurring software.

• Conduct consulting engagements such as needs discovery, workshops, benchmarking and master planning to determine customer needs and develop solution opportunities.

• Coordinating with cross functional teams involving Operations, product management, proposal and estimations, to position the business right.

• Define and communicate the value proposition of software products or services through product presentations and demonstrations, to highlight key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

• Prepare regular reports, presentations, and forecasts for senior management, highlighting sales pipeline performance, trends, and business opportunities.

• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts towards meeting/exceeding Orders AOP on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

• Collaborate with marketing to drive product awareness and adoption.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Hands-on consulting experience in process industries, delivering Solution Consulting /digital transformation, or operational excellence programs.

• 6+ years of progressive software sales and/or consulting experience.

• Domain knowledge in at least one core vertical (Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Mining Power).

• Background with industry experience in enabling Digitization, Business applications like Process historian, Production accounting, Asset Performance Management, Alarm management, Process simulation, Advanced Process Control, Operator Training simulators.

• Strong understanding of OT and IT environments (DCS, historians, APC, AI/ML, Operation Management, data platforms).

• Ability to lead customer consulting workshops from Day 1.

• Executive-level communication skills, able to engage plant leadership and leadership.

• Proven experience working in regional customer environments and understanding Market and Competitive landscape.
