Technical skills:

• Hands on experience in Design and development with strong technical background to create performant & extendible applications
• Proficiency in programming languages & libraries
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, Languages: Python, py Spark, Framework: Lambda , Django, Express,Database: Postgres, Mongo, ES.
• Hosting SLM / LLM (Ollama / any other)
• Experience with Llama Index, Langchain etc.
• Document chunking and storage in vector db
• vector / text search Retrieval from document chunks, sql db, knowledge graphs (orientDB/ Kuzu /etc)
• Implementation of multiagents
• Integration of MCP tools.
• Added advantage if worked on on-prem deployment of any multiagentic GenAI application.
• Data transformation and Data engineering using Python
•  Experience in developments related to Industrial Automation Domain is an advantage
• Preferred development experience with agile methodologies
• Understanding on version control system – git/bitbucket, DevOps toolset, Github Copilot
• Ability to leverage productivity enhancing (AI) tools to enable faster delivery, more features
• Willingness to explore and adopt to new trends and align to organizational goals
• Demonstrate excellent analytical, technical, interpersonal, be a good team player and be able to perform independently
