You will report directly to our VP IT and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the strategic vision and execution of critical software development projects, shaping the technical direction of the organization, mentoring teams, and driving innovation to deliver world-class software solutions.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 6+ years of experience leading software development projects.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python.
- Experience with software development tools, version control systems, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architecture principles.

- Leverage technical capabilities to lead design, development, and delivery of complex software projects.
- Demonstrate mastery in a variety of programming languages, development frameworks, and tools.
- Conduct regular code reviews, ensuring the production of robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
