・入社オリエンテーションの実施
・対面式、オンライントレーニングプログラムの実施
・社員各々に合わせたオンライントレーニングの確認、アップデート、割り当て
・各部署とのトレーニングプログラムのアセスメント、プランニング、調整、実施
・その他付随する人事業務部における庶務
必須条件
・ホスピタリティ業界でのご経験（オペレーション業務でも歓迎）
・ビジネスレベルの英語力、日本語力
・チームメンバーへのホスピタリティを発揮できる方
