A Human Resources Supervisor coordinates and implements department agenda and projects, as assigned. Provides clerical and office support and assistance to department management.

What will I be doing?

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Taking an active role on the contributing to the business and HR agenda.
  • Supporting all business functions in terms of human resources management.
  • Follow-up the financial and administrative month end reports
  • Manage and control payroll and entity process
  • Assisting and consulting team members about Human Resources issues.
  • Coordinating implementation of policies and strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate and hotel Human Resources guidelines, policies, and procedures, as well as labor law, rules, and regulations.
  • Establishing, coordinating all functions of the recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Organizing HR activities, improving and implementing HR programs.
  • Responsible for Social Responsibility Projects & focus on Team members' well-being

What are we looking for?

A Human Resources Supervisor serving Hilton Brand hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR functions – preferred at least 3 years’ experience in Executive or Supervisory position.
  • Energetic and Motivated, positive personality approach
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work on their own or in teams

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Knowledge of hospitality
