Conrad Singapore Orchard is set within an exclusive, tranquil enclave close to the Singapore Botanic Gardens, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and just minutes from the city’s premier shopping district.
The hotel features 445 modern rooms and suites, along with 11 distinguished restaurants and bars, including a MICHELIN‑starred Cantonese venue and a celebrated destination bar recognized on both The World’s Best Bars and Asia’s 50 Best Bars lists.
The property also offers 14 versatile meeting spaces, seven of which are bathed in natural daylight to inspire productive and creative sessions. Designed by legendary architect John Portman, the hotel showcases a soaring, light‑filled atrium lobby that enhances its ambiance as a serene urban retreat.
The Role
As Hotel Manager of Conrad Singapore Orchard, you will uphold our brand pillars: Bold Design, Purposeful Service Passionately Delivered and Experiences with Impact. You will lead a team of executives, inspiring a culture of excellence, financial stewardship, and a guest experience that embodies our brand’s promise.
Your eye for detail and passion for hospitality elevate every aspect of the guest journey. You lead with intent, ensuring experiences are elevated and emotionally resonant. Data-driven insights and guest engagement metrics inform your decisions, while brand pillars guide your actions
Financially astute, you develop business plans, budgets and forecasts with precision and adapt to evolving conditions with agility. You ensure compliance with quality and brand standards, while proactively implementing initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and protect our reputation
You partner closely with our Commercial team to develop competitive strategies across rooms, F&B and events. Through close collaboration with Sales and Marketing, you help shape strategies that are both brand-aligned and opportunity-driven, staying ahead of market trends and guest expectations.

What You Bring to Conrad Hotels & Resorts

Proven Luxury Hotel Manager or Director of Operations experience in key city locations

Proven experience in managing and executing CAPEX projects

Strong knowledge and experience in F&B, with strong ability to elevate F&B experiences and new concept launches

Successful track record of driving guest engagement metrics

Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting

Outstanding communication, negotiation skills and stakeholder management expertise

Leadership expertise and development, including exceptional levels of team member engagement

A proven track record of forming and leveraging business relationships with other luxury brands

Demonstrated ability to translate brand into experiences for guests and team members alike
