- Lead compelling storytelling and client presentations from proposals to Quarterly Business Reviews and performance reviews.
- Oversee day-to-day client program execution, providing direction and guidance to engagement teams.
- Design tailored solutions to client needs and develop staffing plans to support new initiatives and renewals.
- Mentor and grow team talent, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Track progress against goals and commitments, providing insights that inform strategic decisions and accelerate success.
- Champion service quality, partnering with capability leads to manage risks and resolve issues effectively

- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with confidence presenting and influencing through PowerPoint or Keynote.
