  • Lead compelling storytelling and client presentations from proposals to Quarterly Business Reviews and performance reviews.
  • Oversee day-to-day client program execution, providing direction and guidance to engagement teams.
  • Design tailored solutions to client needs and develop staffing plans to support new initiatives and renewals.
  • Mentor and grow team talent, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Track progress against goals and commitments, providing insights that inform strategic decisions and accelerate success.

  • The ability to bring structure to ambiguity, translating complex challenges into clear, actionable, high-impact solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with confidence presenting and influencing through PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combining pragmatic execution with visionary thinking.
  • Leadership that inspires action without direct authority, fostering alignment, trust, and collaboration across teams.
  • A client-first mindset, anticipating needs, designing solutions, and delivering exceptional experiences.
