Main Responsibilities: As a **Curricular Intern** in **Industrial Operations**, you will have the opportunity to support our teams in **Production** or **Maintenance**, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and structured environment. In the **Production area**, you will assist in coordinating line activities, ensuring the availability of production factors (materials, methods, labor, machinery) and contributing to the preparation and start-up of production lines. You’ll also be involved in monitoring safety standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. In the **Maintenance area**, you will collaborate with shift teams to plan and support technical interventions, contribute to the organization of periodic maintenance programs and help evaluate priorities for on-call requests. Across both areas, you’ll gain exposure to resource planning, operational efficiency and safety compliance, while developing a strong understanding of industrial processes and teamwork! About You: You are a curious and motivated student currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering. You have a solid academic understanding of manufacturing processes and a strong interest in learning how they are applied in the food sector. As a good communicator, **your fluency in both Italian and English** will be key to gaining broad intercultural competence.
