London: The Harley Street Diagnostic Centre
Full time: Monday–Saturday, 37.5 hours per week
Shift times: Monday–Friday (service open 8am–8pm, various shift patterns) / Saturdays 9am–5pm
Permanent Contract
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are seeking an enthusiastic Nursing Associate to join our vibrant Outpatients team at the Harley Street Diagnostic Centre, proudly rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. Located in the heart of Marylebone, the Centre brings together state‑of‑the‑art diagnostics, specialist clinics, and a wide range of tests, scans and biopsies—all under one roof.

As a Nursing Associate, you’ll play a key role within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team, supporting patients through their diagnostic journey and contributing to a service known for excellence, precision and exceptional patient care.

  • What you’ll bring• NMC registration as a Nursing Associate

  • Experience working within an Outpatients, ambulatory care, or similar clinical setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient experience

  • Ability to recognise changes in a patient’s condition and escalate appropriately

  • Knowledge of relevant clinical policies and procedures

  • Phlebotomy skills (essential)

  • A diplomatic, empathetic, and tactful approach to patient care

  • What you’ll do• Support the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centred care within the Outpatients department

  • Carry out delegated clinical tasks within your scope of practice and competence

  • Assist with patient observations, wound care, chaperoning, and general clinical support

  • Recognise and report early signs of patient deterioration

  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of infection control

  • Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Consultants, and wider clinical teams

  • Provide a warm, professional, and reassuring presence for patients throughout their visit
