g Tech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.
In this role, you will partner closely with Sales teams to monitor our products' performance for top clients, develop tools that address their technological and business needs, and identify opportunities to grow Google's customers. Additionally, you will continuously look for opportunities to improve processes through workflow optimization and automation to increase efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted thought partner for priority clients, designing technical solutions and media plans.

Partner with external advertisers and internal sales teams throughout the entire lifecycle, from pitching and planning to implementation, to drive Search Ads 360 (SA360) adoption and business/sales growth.

Serve as a subject matter expert by providing consultative solutions that solve customer issues while advancing their digital maturity and sophistication within the Search landscape.

Lead the setup, migration, and data integration of new product features, providing the technical documentation and guidance necessary for long-term customer success.

Analyze the environment to differentiate Google’s value proposition while developing internal tools and automated workflows to boost team productivity.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.

Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products or services.
-
Understanding of Media landscape and knowledge of Google’s advertising solutions or similar digital advertising campaigns and platforms.

Ability to demonstrate a data-driven approach when proposing solutions, providing actionable insights to customers.

Ability to pick up technical concepts quickly and learn when it is appropriate to apply them, with an aptitude for technical design.

Excellent project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions supported by internal teams.
