Product Design
The Wealth Management Design team is responsible for delivering tools and products, empowering clients and customers around the world to reach their financial goals. We are looking for designers who can dive into complex problems delivering intuitive and impactful products, while focusing on cultivating a culture of collaboration, exploration, and growth
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
- Lead end-to-end design across digital channels to deliver world-class digital products and service solutions
- Maintain and evolve the high level of creativity and innovation standards across our digital
- Leverage data and insights into actionable outcomes and informed decisions
- Distill complex problems into elegantly simple, intuitive designs with an eye for the details
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to identify the problem, desired outcome, and new opportunities
- Move design projects through the product design process, including discovery, concept, detailed design and implementation, and facilitating progress at each stage
- Create clear, compelling and cohesive prototypes and presentations that frame context with priority and need so audiences can be taken on an informative and intuitive journey
- Mentor and provide design feedback to junior designers, raising the bar for design quality
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Science or related fields
- 5+ years industry experience in product design or related field
- Expertise in all parts of human-centered design, including research, experience strategy, user flows, journey mapping, wireframing, information architecture, UX/UI, usability testing, and accessibility
- A portfolio that demonstrates experience in designing and shipping large-scale product releases
- Entrepreneurial drive and a desire to work in a complex, commercially focused, fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand, balance and solve both business and user needs
- Ability to adapt to new priorities, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and “think on your feet”
- Strong design leadership skills: Capable of advocating for quality design while also acknowledging the constraints
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Figma, as well as design systems
- Ability to develop relationships across multiple stakeholder groups
- Consumer banking or Fin Tech experience a plus
