We seek a Chief Solutions Officer, Director who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

The focus is on identifying market opportunities, developing a compelling portfolio of scalable, value-driven IP and offerings, and driving revenue growth by leveraging the Studio’s approximately 1000 global technologists. Build and lead a world-class solutions organization that bridges product innovation, consulting, and delivery excellence. You’ll translate cutting-edge AI capability into high-impact, repeatable business solutions.

What will help you succeed:

• Extensive experience in solutions leadership & executive pursuits, with global P&L responsibility.
• Proven record of defining, commercializing, and scaling a portfolio of high-value AI/Digital solutions within professional services firms or leading HLS technology providers.
• Demonstrated success owning the solutions pipeline and closing significant deals ($X+ million), acting as the primary trusted advisor.
• Exceptional experience in consultative sales, go-to-market strategy, and translating complex technology into clear business value propositions.
• Exceptional people leadership—coaching, growing, and scaling global teams, including distributed delivery across hubs.
• Global mindset with excellent communication skills, engaging with clients and internal senior leadership.
