Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Systems, Industrial, Mechanical) or Computer Science.

AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience or strong familiarity with AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering. Basic coding skills (Python/VBA) are highly desirable.

Language: Professional proficiency in English (Written and Spoken) is mandatory.

Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable working with large datasets (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

AI & Digital Transformation:
-
Identify opportunities to integrate Generative AI and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Python scripts, Power Automate) into daily STA and Business Office workflows.

Develop prompt engineering strategies to streamline reporting, data visualization, and technical documentation.
-
Create dashboards and automated alerts to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for supplier quality and launch readiness.
2. Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) Support:
-
Collaborate with STA Site Engineers to understand supplier manufacturing issues and quality constraints.
-
Assist in the root-cause analysis of technical problems using data-driven insights.
-
Support the tracking of supplier capacity planning and program launch milestones.

Business Office Collaboration:
-
Support the Business Office in resource allocation analysis, budget tracking, and strategic planning presentations.
-
Bridge the gap between technical engineering data and high-level business reporting.
-
Participate in cross-functional meetings to capture requirements and propose innovative solutions for administrative bottlenecks.
4.
Continuous Learning & Improvement:
-
Actively participate in training regarding Ford’s Global Quality Standards and Supply Chain processes.
-
Maintain a "student mindset," constantly researching new AI trends and applying them to business scenarios.
