Introduction
We are searching for a Principal Analyst to join the Material Management Team in Global Supply Chain (GSC). The Principal Analyst will play a key role in developing and improving logistics and material purchasing processes to support new manufacturing and customer programs. The role also involves optimizing inventory strategies, ensuring business continuity, and regularly reporting progress and key deliverables to leadership.
Your Job:
-
Develop, implement, and enhance logistics & material purchasing business processes surrounding GF's manufacturing and customer programs.

Provide analytical support for supply chain projects and develop warehouse strategies for cost reduction and efficiency.
-
Collaborate with Logistics & Manufacturing teams on strategic supply chain initiatives and project management, tracking key milestones & new process rollout.

Work with sourcing and planning teams to identify and address supply chain issues, optimized inventory strategies, business continuity planning, etc.

Promote process improvement through automation and streamlining of systems.

Communicate directly and provide regular reports to GF GSC leadership regarding key deliverables and objectives.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications:
-
Degree holder in Supply Chain or Science Engineering
-
Min 8 years (Degree holder) of supply chain experience preferably in a semiconductor environment
-
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Familiar with MRP and Inventory Planning methods
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel Preferred
-
Business language needs (English)
Preferred Qualifications:

Possess good communication & interpersonal skills
-
A good negotiator with high integrity and high attention to details

High degree of pro-activeness, self-motivated and self-sufficient
-
Good team player with initiative, self-driven and highly committed
-
Experience with ERP Systems Oracle & SAP
-
Experience with warehouse management & transportation systems: SAP EWM, SAP TMS
