  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data & Analytics, IT, other Capability Groups, external partners) to ensure alignment and successful delivery of program objectives.

  • Participate in process mapping, documentation, compliance checks, and business process harmonization efforts.

Job Complexity

  • Applies judgment within established procedures, practices, and policies; escalates complex issues to the CGL.

  • Integrates work across departments and considers global impact under supervision.

Accountability

  • Delivers assigned work on time and with accuracy, ensuring alignment with Capability Group objectives.

  • Maintains clear and timely communication with the CGL and project leads.

  • Contributes to process improvement and harmonization efforts, supporting the CGL’s accountability for transformation outcomes.

Relationship Focus

  • Builds and maintains cross-functional and cross-regional partnerships.

  • Familiarity with Oracle systems; preferred experience with SAP modules such as SD (Sales & Distribution), RM (Receivable Management), GTS (Global Trade Services), and TRM (Treasury), including Quantum.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Business-level English required; additional languages a plus.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
