工作职责

• 负责辖区业务规划及实施，达成业务目标；
• 收集市场动态，反馈市场信息；
• 与跨部门沟通和协作，推动项目落地，在区域内建立学术影响力；
• 遵守吉利德的道德和商业行为准则，开展学术拜访;

职位要求

• 2年以上一线跨国药企销售经验，肿瘤经验（乳腺肿瘤/血液科经验优先）；
• 具备优秀的学术能力，跨部门合作及沟通能力，熟悉并认可专业学术的推广模式；
• 具备良好的抗压能力和大客户管理能力；
• 本科以上学历，医药专业优先；
• 正直诚信，勤奋踏实，勇于创新，乐于接受挑战，符合吉利德文化和价值观；
• 医院准入经验；
