Job Description:
Graduate Engineering Training Programme (GETP):
- Duration:24 months, featuring four 6-month rotations starting mid-September 2026
- Accreditation: IET accredited programme
- Community: Network with fellow graduates and placement students. Benefit from the 'Buddy' programme for guidance from current graduates.
- Development: Access mentorship, professional registration support, and specialized training.
- Gain Experience: Apply your skills within our electrical engineering teams and gain exposure to business areas like project management and quality.
Candidate Requirements: - Education: 2:1 degree in electrical/electronic engineering, systems engineering, communications engineering, robotic/ mechatronic engineering or related fields.
- Skills: Passion for problem-solving in engineering and technology.
- Eligibility: Unrestricted, permanent work authorization for the UK (no visa sponsorship) and ability to achieve Security Cleared clearance level from UK Security Vetting.
- Deadline: 31st December (Applications reviewed as we receive them and the role may close early)
