Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Leads Operators in daily execution of standard work for Safety Quality Delivery and Cost
• Complete hourly team pay roll, discipline, and performance reviews
• Executes production according to the production schedule, pitch attainment, etc.
• Use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute daily operations
• In-depth understanding of key business drivers to make priority calls and drive the cell forward in problem solving

Required Qualifications

• Engineering or Business Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• At least 1 year in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain discipline

• This position is 100% onsite position at the GE Vernova Greenville, SC site

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $81,700.00 and $136,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
