This Position reports to:

IS Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will ensure the reliable daily operation of SAP ECC, SAP DM, and future S/4HANA systems, supporting local manufacturing processes and connected IS tools. You will perform hands‑on testing, validation, and technical troubleshooting to secure smooth deployments and minimize operational risk. Acting as the technical counterpart to the SAP Super User, you will take ownership of RUN activities, safeguard system stability during MES rollouts, and maintain strong in‑house SAP competence as the factory prepares for S/4HANA transition. Your work will be essential in maintaining system continuity, supporting integration flows, and strengthening local capability to understand and develop the SAP landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Execute SAP testing and validation for ECC, DM, and future S/4HANA releases.

• Perform technical and integration testing for MES changes and end‑to‑end factory flows.

• Troubleshoot technical issues across SAP systems, MES, and connected applications.

• Monitor interfaces and IDocs, resolving integration failures with local production tools.

• Support small technical enhancements (e.g., scripting, data preparation) and maintain documentation.

• Collaborate with the SAP Super User, global teams, and vendors to ensure smooth deployments.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP DM; S/4HANA familiarity is a plus.

• Fluency in English

• Experience with manufacturing processes and system integrations (IDocs, interfaces, middleware).

• Hands‑on testing experience including planning, execution, and UAT.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering and 2–4 years of experience in SAP operations or application support.
