Job Description Summary

Technical Tendering Engineer coordinate and manage the technical tendering activities during the ITO Phase for TSG (Türkiye Service Gebze) Unit involve and collaborate with TSG unit teams, product lines, and internal/external customers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality technical proposals that align with cost targets and customer expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for Tendering scope and drive tendering activities for TSG
• According to the requirements of the bidding documents, complete the corresponding tendering documents and cost calculation on time
• Work with region’s management to meet services orders’ budget by reviewing forecast and pipeline and opportunities and supporting the sales community
• Preparation the Estimate Analysis Sheet (EAS) and other required documentation
• Initiate workflows for the booking process Comply with Quality Procedures, work instructions and processes
• Ensure continuous improvement and lean mindset for the tendering activities
• Comply with Quality Procedures, work instructions and processes
• Organize communication and collaboration with others supplying units, PLs’ regional organization such as GIS, PTR, AIS, M&D, and with other GE units such as Power, Hydro and Renewable

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering field
• Having experience in tendering, bidding, commercial/technical support roles and/or quality engineering roles
• Good understanding of electrical systems grid products, standards and technical documentation
• Ability to prepare high-quality accurate and compliant technical commercial offers
• Strong verbal and written English language skills ​
• Comfortable in hybrid working conditions
• Ability to live in Istanbul & Kocaeli​
