Project Role: Application Support Engineer

Project Role Description: Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Must Have

Able to solution, design and architect automation approach for a client, recommending the best fit tools for an optimized solution
Client handling capability with leading communication & story telling skills
Perform client s automation maturity assessment
Well versed with agile delivery principles, sprint model and scrum boards on JIRA on any other similar tool
Knowledge of IaC tools like version control systems (Git, SVN etc..), Ansible, Terraform, CICD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins or Rundeck
Cloud certified professional – AWS/Azure/GCP/VMWare private cloud
IaC security tools & vaulting
Coding Skills like Python / Shell Scripting / Ansible / Java Script
Good to have

Knowledge on Infrastructure architecture across networks, storage, compute, hosting

REST API integrations & JSON:

Python / Prompt Engineering Skills:

Knowledge of cloud technologies.
AI OPS tools understanding
DevOps certified cloud professional
Conceptual or working knowledge on SLO, SLI, toils, error budget and Chaos engineering

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
• This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
