We are the movers of the world and the makers of the future. We get up every day, roll up our sleeves and build a better world -- together. At Ford, we’re all a part of something bigger than ourselves. Are you ready to change the way the world moves?

Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences that grow better over time. Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value those vehicles provide.

In this position...

We are seeking a hands-on Reporting & Analytics Lead to transform complex SaaS business metrics into clear executive-level dashboards, automated corporate reporting, and decision-ready insights. This role combines deep technical execution with strategic reporting design — building scalable reporting frameworks while directly supporting C-suite leaders.

You will operate as a high-impact individual contributor who thrives in evolving environments, works with incomplete requirements, and builds solutions that scale.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will personally design, build, code, and automate dashboards, data models, and reporting workflows.

What you'll do...

Executive Reporting & Visualization

  • Personally design and build Power BI data models and dashboards used by executive leadership

  • Translate evolving SaaS KPIs into decision-ready executive visuals that can be run consistently on a regular frequency for ongoing usage.

  • Create C-level reporting decks using Excel and PowerPoint, which can be run consistently on a regular frequency for ongoing usage.

  • Prototype, iterate, and deploy reporting solutions quickly in ambiguous environments

Automation & Reporting Operations

  • Automate recurring executive reporting cycles

  • Build and maintain automated reporting workflows (Power BI, Smartsheet, Microsoft tools)

  • Create reusable reporting templates and scalable automation patterns

  • Prototype, iterate, and deploy reporting solutions without relying on data engineering or IT

SaaS Metrics & Data Integration

  • Define and evolve key SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, margin, pipeline, utilization)

  • Integrate data from SaaS platforms and databases

  • Normalize data from multiple operational sources

  • Ensure data accuracy through validation processes, documentation, and governance practices

  • Align metric definitions with Finance and Operations

  • Write SQL queries and transformations to integrate SaaS data

Reporting Strategy & Governance

  • Establish reporting standards and best practices

  • Reduce dashboard duplication and sprawl

  • Reduce manual reporting across teams

Leadership & Influence

  • Partner directly with executives and senior stakeholders

  • Push back when metrics are unclear or misaligned

  • Translate data into clear visuals that tell a story which is easily understood and supports executive decision-making.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Analytics, Industrial or Systems Engineer, or related degree

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, BI, or executive reporting roles

  • Experience in SaaS or high-growth environments

  • Proven experience personally building Power BI dashboards and data models

  • Strong SQL skills with direct experience querying and transforming data

  • Experience automating recurring reporting workflows

  • Experience working with SaaS business models and metrics

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar workflow/reporting tools

  • Comfort working without a large data engineering or BI support team

  • Ability to present and explain analysis directly to executives

You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
