This role provides senior-level SAP technical leadership for Ford’s enterprise SAP landscape. The position is responsible for the stability, performance, and lifecycle management of SAP S/4HANA systems, including RISE with SAP, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and environments hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role works closely with architecture, security, infrastructure, and SAP ECS partners to support mission-critical business operations and ongoing cloud transformation initiatives.

• Lead SAP Basis operations for SAP S/4HANA (RISE and non-RISE) environments
• Administer and support SAP BTP, including subaccounts, entitlements, and Cloud Connector
• Support SAP systems hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Perform system upgrades, patches, transports, and system refreshes
• Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and capacity
• Lead incident resolution and root-cause analysis
• Coordinate with SAP ECS, cloud, and security teams
• Support disaster recovery planning and execution
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members

• Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, information technology or a technology related field
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience
• Strong experience supporting SAP S/4HANA (RISE and non-RISE) environments
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including subaccounts and Cloud Connector
• Experience supporting SAP systems hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA, Linux/Unix operating systems, and SAP system lifecycle management
• Experience with system upgrades, kernel patches, transports, and system refreshes
• Familiarity with SAP security concepts, including SSO and certificates
• Experience supporting large, global enterprise SAP landscapes

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $96,720-162,120.
