About the Role

• Fivetran is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner
• Contract, specializing in Product Management, Software Engineering and Analytics roles to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Business Unit leaders and hiring teams to identify and hire top talent while championing Fivetran’s values.

This is a 12 month contract, hybrid position, based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the BU Talent Lead.

• Partner with recruiters and sourcers across the globe.

• Report up and out on overall hiring, priorities, health of reqs to stakeholders and to the BU leaders that you are aligned to.

• Full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, product and analytics roles.

• Build strong partnerships with product, engineering and analytics leaders by providing strategic hiring guidance.

• Source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate & hiring manager experience through efficient, data-driven hiring processes.

• Collaborate across TA Operations, Finance, our People and hiring teams to streamline recruitment efforts.

• Be a strong Brand Ambassador for Fivetran.

Skills We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, including 3+ years in-house at fast-growing tech companies.

• Expertise in talent acquisition, product, engineering and analytics roles, including senior-level positions.

• Strong sourcing, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

• Passion for DEI, data-driven recruiting, and continuous improvement.

• Experience with tools like Bright Hire, Workday, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Linkedin Talent Insights and BI tools.

Oakland Pay Range:

$70—$87 USD
