Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team, focusing on recruiting top talent for our R&D functions. As a senior recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates across various roles within our R&D, product, and customer success teams. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving talent acquisition initiatives.
About the role

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies for R&D positions.

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels such as direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and job postings.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and extending offers to qualified candidates.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes.

Provide regular updates and reports on recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity initiatives.
About you

Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a focus on R&D roles within the technology or SaaS industry.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools/software.

Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Work Location
The successful candidate will be expected to be in Harness' Bangalore office 3x / week.
