Job Description:

The Role

Through your work as a Brokerage Treasury Operations Analyst, you will ensure the cash flows in the firm’s various depository accounts is managed properly as well as conduct funding and settlement activities to support the organization’s cash management objectives.

  • You will manage the daily check deposit flows in the firm’s depository accounts
  • You will conduct various daily cash management funding / settlement-related activities
  • You will establish effective working relationships with banks & professionally interact with the banks to optimize services or resolve issues.
  • You will serve as POC for internal Business Units to address & resolve cash management related inquiries and issues.
  • You will review and remediate check fraud related to check receipts and disbursements
  • You will analyze cash management processes and recommend solutions to management

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Bank money movement operations / bank reconciliation experience preferred
  • Familiarity with various money movement payment types i.e. Fed Wire, ACH, checks, etc.

The Team

The Brokerage Treasury Cash Management team is focused on managing the cash flows within the firm’s bank accounts to ensure efficient balance management and maximize utilization of available funds as well as ensure that the firm conducts its daily settlement activities in a timely manner.

The base salary range for this position is $55,000-105,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
