"Involves the completion of administrative tasks and coordination relating to the front-line operation which may include data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities , despatch activities and local customer service. While operational tasks may be part of these roles, the majority of time is spent on office-based activities. Lead or senior levels of these positions may:
- Handle escalated or more complex issues,
- Coordinate team activities or those of agency contract staff,
- Support supervisor or manager activities,
- Support the design, review and implementation of processes and procedure"
Descripción General de Puesto:
Bajo supervisión general realiza las siguientes actividades:
- Ingresa las guías aéreas en el sistema diariamente.
- Realiza el registro diario de información de tarjetas de tiempo en la PC.
- Maneja paquetes D/T e informa a los clientes del pago.
- Recopila información para diferentes reportes de la compañia.
- Contesta teléfonos, transfiere llamadas y toma mensajes según sea necesario.
- Prepara el papeleo para los paquetes salientes (facturas aéreas, apartado de correos y dirección).
- Ayuda a los clientes respondiendo preguntas sobre las características básicas del servicio.
- Realiza tareas diversas de mecanografía y archivo. Organiza y actualiza los archivos de la estaci ón.
- Es posible que se le solicite realizar otras tareas que se le asignen
Requisitos:
Nivel de estudios:• Preparatoria terminada.
Experiencia:
-
Tres (3) años de experiencia administrativa (manejo de office)

Tres (3) años de experiencia operativa, reportes, manejo de codigos, carga y descarga**, disponiblidad de tiempo.**• Licencia de manejo vigente y buen historial de manejo
Habilidades requeridas:
- Capacidad para levantar 32 Kg y maniobrar cualquier paquete individual que pese hasta 68 Kg con el equipo adecuado.
- Buenas relaciones humanas, habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
- Fuertes habilidades de planificación y organización
- Precisión y atención al detalle
- Ingreso de datos y/o habilidades generales de oficina• Habilidades de trabajo en equipo
- Sólidos conocimientos de Microsoft Office y PC: mecanografía en PC (25/35 palabras por minuto)
- Fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas
- Voz clara y articulada
