Job Description:

As a valued colleague on our team, you will support the team in planning, initiating, and managing projects. You will assist in identifying action steps and their owners and coordinate the efforts to achieve results within planned timelines and budgets, as well as report on progress against targets and make adjustments as needed.

The Single Family Market Engagement – Project Management – Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of goals, guidelines, action steps, and timelines for projects.

• Monitor and report on the work of a team.

• Report on the progress of a project.

• Consult with manager on the refinement of goals, guidelines, action steps, and timelines for projects as needed.

• Manage officer level calendar(s).

• Plan and manage industry events.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Desired Experiences:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

• Calendar management – preferred at the Executive/Officer level

• Excellent project management and problem solving skills

• Excellent communication skills

• A focus on Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations

• Experience using Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

Salary Target: $68,000 - $86,000

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
