The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic Channel Marketing Manager to drive the growth and execution of F5’s Partner Marketing Framework across Japan region.
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead strategic channel initiatives that amplify our brand, strengthen partner engagement, and accelerate business outcomes. You’ll shape how F5 shows up with our partners—integrating local insights, crafting compelling go-to-market programs, and delivering experiences that position F5 as the trusted leader in AI, cybersecurity, and application delivery.
If you’re someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Strategize: Design and execute integrated channel marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, strengthen partner performance, and drive measurable business growth.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with channel sales, alliances, and field marketing to co-create campaigns that align with partner priorities and accelerate pipeline.
- Partner Engagement: Build strong co-marketing relationships with our ecosystem of cloud and technology alliances, tailoring joint programs that resonate with enterprise customers.
- Market Insight: Conduct market and competitive analyses to uncover new growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable regional strategies.
- Program Excellence: Develop playbooks, templates, and best practices to ensure program consistency and excellence across Japan. Oversee the creation of high-impact campaign assets, event kits, and messaging frameworks.
- Performance & Measurement: Analyze program outcomes and campaign ROI, delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance future partner engagement.
- Executive Visibility: Build reporting dashboards that highlight partner performance and marketing impact to senior stakeholders.
- Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of trends in AI, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure to guide partner storytelling and influence market perception.
What you will bring
- Experience: 6+ years in B2B marketing, channel or alliance marketing —preferably within enterprise technology or cybersecurity.
- Leadership: Proven track record of independently managing complex, multi-stakeholder marketing programs across geographies.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate global marketing vision into localized, partner-relevant strategies that drive impact.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Skilled in using analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) to track performance and optimize marketing ROI.
- Collaboration: Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders and global teams.
- Communication: Excellent storyteller who can craft executive-level messaging and compelling partner narratives.
- Technical Curiosity: Familiarity with AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure is a plus
