SAP Project Manager

  • Senior Consultant

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) Preferably Engineering

  • Minimum two E2E Implementation Project along with experience in Support / Roll out / Upgrade Projects

  • 3-7 Years of Relevant experience

  • Domain Experience required

Professional Mandatory Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Business Processes Management (BPM)

  • S/4HANA implementation with exposure to Fit-Gap Analysis, Data Migration (Master & Transactional Data), Testing & Cutover, Hypercare Support

  • Collaborate with business users to translate Functional and Technical requirements into solutions

  • Experience in S/4 HANA EAM, PM

  • Good understanding of functional/domain knowledge and Implementation Methodology

  • Expected to have experience in Client Facing roles and proven delivery quality under tight project timelines

  • Preferred industries: Oil& Gas, Manufacturing, P&U, Supply Chain

  • Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, ADO etc.).

  • Researches, identifies and recommends industry best practices for solving business problems

Added Advantage:

  • Knowledge on ABAP debugging.

  • SAP PM Certification will be added advantage.

  • Knowledge on Integration Modules like MM / QM / PP / FI-CO will be an added advantage.

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Strong configuration hands on experience in e2e SAP implementation

  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

  • Strong program management, functional understanding of Finance & Operations, Supply Chain (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PM/Plant Maintenance), and industry-specific process expertise to deliver compliant, scalable, and business-first outcomes.

  • Understanding the Integration with MM / QM / PP / FICO modules and with external applications.

  • Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities regard to SAP

  • Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly

  • Analyse functional and technical needs and identify gaps and alternative solutions relative to existing design

  • Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.

General:

  • Should have good written & communication skills.

  • Should be able to handle the client individually.

  • Ability to flex working hours to support US-based collaboration.

  • Ability to travel if required.

  • Middle East -SAP implementation experience preferred.
