Job Title: Senior Business Analyst, Assistant Director
The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with experience implementing global projects and programs with a high level of competency in Talent systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering complex requirements, designing integrated solutions, and contributing to the strategic use of Talent data to support business objectives.
Your key responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering: Lead the gathering of complex business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of needs related to Talent systems, with a focus on SAP Success Factors and data integration

Process Engineering/Optimization: Analyze existing Talent processes, identify areas for optimization, and recommend solutions that leverage SAP Success Factors and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Data Integration: Collaborate with data architecture team to enable the data integration strategy, working closely with the technical teams. Work seamlessly to achieve efficient data exchange between SAP Success Factors and other relevant systems, with a focus on data quality and accuracy

Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design integrated solutions, translating business needs into technical requirements, data mapping, security (RBP), and system functionalities

Data Analysis: Perform advanced data analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and insights from Talent data, and presenting findings to support data-driven decision-making

Documentation: Create detailed requirement documents, process flows, use cases, data mapping documents, and other relevant documentation to guide project implementation

Stakeholder Management: Engage with business stakeholders, executive leadership, and project teams, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and delivery of project objectives

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain best practices for data quality, testing, and validation to ensure that SAP Success Factors and integrated systems meet business needs and quality standards

Change Management: Drive change management efforts to support end-users in adapting to new systems and processes resulting from SAP Success Factors implementations

Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement, recommend enhancements to business processes and system functionalities
Skills and attributes for success

In-depth knowledge of Talent processes, system functionalities, data integration methodologies, and best practices

Proficiency in data analysis and tools, database query languages (e.g., SQL), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
-
Excellent documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
-
Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
-
Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
-
Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving project objectives and driving positive outcomes

Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
-
Ability to work virtually with global teams
To qualify for this role

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in business analysis or SAP Success Factors preferred

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on Talent systems, SAP Success Factors, and data integration

As a Senior Business Analyst, 8 to 10 years of industry experience preferably in Talent
